    Similar to the input aggregator component, we could release the Alexa one as Open Source. The question is if we want to open an account on Alexa to include this input in the public demo and daily tests

carrot2-util-common: the RollingWindowAverageTest would fail on Windows with a 1100 ms delay, increasing to 1200 ms seems to solve the problem
