Description
Currently, the {@link} tags appearing in attribute documentation are rendered as generic <code> tags. It would be very helpful if in case of linking to Carrot2 attributes, each such <code> tag was given an id attribute containing the identifier of the Carrot2 attribute that is the target of the link. This would let us create the appropriate hyperlinks in the generated DocBook documentation as well.
