Description

A few things to clean up:

  • integrate build-workbench.xml tasks into the main build.xml, possibly move build-workbench.xml out of sight to workbench/
  • refactor example building tasks from main build.xml to a dedicated file in carrot2-examples
  • remove Clover-related hacks, replace with two separate locations for instrumented and non-instrumented bytecode

The most important fixes done, the rest would require a larger refactoring, moving to 3.5.0
