While native matrix libraries seem to be available during the build, the execution time of the test is closer to the Java-only version (obtained on the console). Will debug this further along with the Bamboo upgrade after 3.4.0 release.

You were right, Dawid. It's Clover update that made the test slower. Without instrumentation, the algorithm is as fast as previously. When I upgrade Bamboo, I'll restructure the builds to separate the current core build to two: a quick core build without reports and a daily build with all reports.
